How India-Pakistan standoff has thrown Champions Trophy into turmoil

India’s cricket team may not participate in the upcoming Champions Trophy in Pakistan due to political tensions. The PCB has rejected the idea of a hybrid tournament, where India would play at neutral venues. Pakistan and India have only competed in ICC multi-nation tournaments. The last time India went to Pakistan was during the Asia Cup in 2008.
