Hybrid work will continue in GCCs: EY survey

According to EY’s GCC Pulse Survey 2023, 77% of participants believe that a majority of their workforce will continue to work flexibly in the next 12 months. However, less than 25% are expected to work remotely. The survey also reveals that the average attrition rate in GCCs is 12.5%, with the “war for talent” posing a significant risk. GCCs are expanding their services to cover areas like ER&D, marketing, and advanced analytics.
