Hyderabad Police rescue kidnapped 4-year-old boy using CCTV technology

A four-year-old boy, abducted from Hyderabad’s Osmania General Hospital, was rescued within 12 hours. Police, using CCTV footage, tracked the kidnapper, Shaik Rafeeq, to Dabeerpura railway station. Rafeeq, a daily wager, allegedly kidnapped the child to use him for begging. He was arrested and the child safely returned to his parents.
