In a first, 2 high-rise buildings in Jaipur set to get Bisalpur water

Two high-rise buildings in Jaipur, the All-India Services Residency and the Ashiana Greenwood, are set to receive pipeline supply of Bisalpur water. The Public Health and Engineering Department (PHED) had issued demand notices for these buildings, and if all goes as planned, they could receive the water connections before Navratri. The policy defines multi-storey buildings as those with a height of over 15 meters, and the domestic drinking water demand will be calculated based on the number of residents in each flat. Other applications were rejected due to the absence of Bisalpur water in their localities.
