In bid to counter China, India eyes critical minerals pact with US

India and the US are deepening their collaboration on critical minerals by targeting joint ventures in third countries. They aim to secure supply chains and pave the way for a Future Free Trade Agreement. This also includes cooperation in pharma, digital tech, telecom, and defence.
