India to resume some visa services in Canada

India will resume visa services in Canada starting from October 26. The decision comes after a review of the security situation, taking into account recent Canadian measures. The visa services will be available for entry visas, business visas, medical visas, and conference visas. This development comes despite tensions over India expelling 41 Canadian diplomats. The US and UK have supported Canada’s position, but India claims its actions are backed by the Vienna Convention.
