INDIA writes to Fb, Google, demands neutrality during polls

The opposition INDIA bloc has written letters to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Google CEO Sundar Pichai, expressing concerns about their platforms’ alleged role in promoting communal hatred in India. The letters were prompted by a Washington Post article that highlighted the bias of Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube towards the ruling BJP and the Narendra Modi government.
