iPhone 17 manufacturing begins & this is likely first-ever ‘big India change’

Apple has started the early manufacturing process for the iPhone 17 base model in India, a first for the tech giant. This phase, known as New Product Introduction, is taking place at Foxconn’s Bengaluru plant. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Pro models’ development remains in China. Apple’s manufacturing presence in India has grown significantly since 2017.
