Israel strikes Lebanon after Hezbollah hits Shebaa Farms

Israel launched artillery attacks into southern Lebanon in response to Hezbollah targeting Israeli military positions. There were no immediate reports of casualties. This comes after a surprise attack by Palestinian gunmen on Israeli towns, resulting in numerous deaths. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, stating it was in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Israel’s military also targeted a Hezbollah post with a drone strike.
