Isro chief meets chess grandmaster Pragg

ISRO chairman S Somanath met chess grandmaster R Praggnanandhaa in Chennai and expressed his belief that Praggnanandhaa will inspire young people in the field of science and technology. Somanath praised Praggnanandhaa’s achievements and compared them to India’s lunar mission. He also mentioned the upcoming maiden test flight of the Gaganyaan programme on October 21 and the progress of the Aditya-L1 mission, which is expected to reach its destination in January.
