It was one of the most challenging shoots of my life: Dia Mirza on Dhak Dhak

Dia Mirza attended a leadership summit in the capital where she met young girls working towards an equitable and inclusive future. She discussed her upcoming film Dhak Dhak, which follows four women on a road trip to one of India’s highest motorable roads. Dia emphasised the importance of recognising the merit of telling stories like this and described the challenging shooting conditions. Dia fulfilled her childhood dream of learning to ride a bike for the film and reflected on the lessons she learned about balance and belief in oneself.
