Koel Mallick on ‘Jongole Mitin Mashi’: Every woman has a Mitin Mashi within her

Koel Mallick stars in Arindam Sil’s ‘Jongole Mitin Mashi’, a film addressing wildlife conservation and the menace of poaching. This is the sequel to the first “Mitin Mashi” movie, inspired by Suchitra Bhattacharya’s novels. The story revolves around Mitin Mashi confronting poachers after an elephant is killed in Saranda forest. Emphasizing women’s strength and the importance of family, the film also features an ensemble cast and music by Bickram Ghosh. It releases on October 19.
