Kuzhalnadan seeks VACB probe against Pinarayi

Congress MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan has filed a petition with the vigilance and anti-corruption bureau, requesting an investigation into Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s daughter’s company’s monthly quota from Cochin Minerals and Rutile Ltd. Kuzhalnadan has submitted evidence along with the petition and has the support of his party. Legal experts suggest Vijayan could face investigation under the Prevention of Corruption Act after his daughter’s company was found to have received money without providing any service. The vigilance has already initiated a probe against Kuzhalnadan regarding allegations of irregularities in his property dealings.
