Life imprisonment for 1 in constable murder case

Neetu Kail, a notorious criminal, has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the Additional District and Sessions Court 10 Judge Hemlata Tyagi. Kail was convicted of murdering a constable and robbing his rifle 12 years ago during a nighttime vehicle inspection by a police team in Shamli district. The court acquitted 11 other accused individuals, while four have passed away. The case involved a total of 16 accused and 14 witnesses testified.
