Lift Bombay high court stay on post-facto green nod for large projects: Government to Supreme Court

The central government has filed a petition with the Supreme Court to challenge a Bombay High Court order that granted a stay on post facto clearances for large projects in Coastal Regulation Zone areas. The High Court order was passed in May 2021, and the Centre filed its petition over 400 days later.
