Madhya Pradesh high court cancels transfer to let man care for paralysed dad

The Madhya Pradesh high court has mandated the annulment of the transfer directive for Ashish Sahu, an assistant manager at a nationalized bank. This decision allows him to attend to the needs of his paralyzed father. He had filed an application with senior bank officials for cancellation of his transfer, saying his father is 75 years old and needs constant care as he is paralysed.
