Maharastra Bar Council decides to grant a two year provisional sanad to those employed

The Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa has resolved to issue a two-year provisional enrolment certificate to law graduates who are already employed elsewhere. This follows a decision by the State Bar Council to grant provisional enrolment certificates to candidates already in other jobs and give them six months to clear the bar examination.
