Man loses  Rs 32L in fake ‘like & share’ scheme, one held

A 28-year-old man from Bihar has been arrested for allegedly scamming someone out of Rs 32 lakh in a fake ‘like & share’ scheme. The accused would offer victims part-time jobs promoting online channels through likes and shares, convincing them to invest money for high returns. After the investments were made, the accused would cut off contact and block the victims. The police were able to track down the suspect and recover Rs 5 lakh. Further investigation is ongoing.
