Maoist carrying Rs 14L reward shot dead in Balaghat

A suspected Maoist leader, identified as Kamalu, was killed by the Hawk Force of MP Police in Balaghat district. The police were on an operation when they encountered a group of Maoists, resulting in a shootout. Kamalu’s body was found, and it is believed that there may be more casualties among the Maoists. This is the third successful operation against Maoists in MP this year. The police are continuing their efforts to combat the Maoist threat in the region.
