MP elections: Neta rides donkey to file nomination
An independent candidate from Burhanpur assembly seat in Madhya Pradesh rode a donkey to the tehsil office to submit his nomination form. The candidate, Priyank Singh Thakur, accused politicians of fooling the public and said he wanted to send a clear message that voters should not be fooled by a few families in power. Thakur was seeking the BJP’s ticket but filed his nomination as an independent after being denied. He plans to focus on development, poverty, and exposing corruption in his election campaign.
