Mukesh Bhatt says everybody started taking ownership of ‘Aashiqui’; thus, it was important to put a red flag

Vishesh Film has issued a public notice stating that they are the rightful owners of the Aashiqui franchise, including the films ‘Aashiqui’ and ‘Aashiqui 2’. They warned that any communication regarding the franchise without their involvement should be considered unauthorized and fraudulent. Mukesh Bhatt, co-owner of the banner, explained that the notice was necessary as people were falsely claiming association with the franchise. He clarified that no announcements should be made without the production house’s consent.
