Police in Nashik, India, raided a godown in Shinde village and discovered mephedrone (MDMA) worth Rs 5.8 crore ($780,000) along with drug paraphernalia. The godown is located near a drug manufacturing unit that was raided by Mumbai Police earlier in the week. A farmer who had rented out his shed to a man named Sanjay Kale for agricultural use tipped off the police. The investigation is ongoing to establish a link between the godown and the drug manufacturing unit.
