Neopolis phase-2 land auction on Aug 3, state govt eyes ₹2k cr

Riding high on the realty boom along Hyderabad’s western corridor, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), on Friday, set the highest every upset price (the lowest acceptable selling price) of Rs 35 crore per acre for the Neopolis phase 2 auction, in Kokapet. The high-profile auction for about 45 acres will be conducted on August 3.
