NIA court orders confiscation of land of designated terrorist Lakhbir Singh in Punjab’s Moga

The NIA court in Mohali has ordered the confiscation of land owned by Pakistani terrorist Lakhbir Singh alias Rode, who is the head of banned terror groups Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) and International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF). The property, located in Moga district of Punjab, was seized under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Rode is accused of masterminding a tiffin bomb blast and smuggling terrorist hardware into Punjab via drones.
