The Delhi High Court has denied bail to an “overground worker” who allegedly sheltered terrorists and radicalised youth after the repeal of Article 370. The court took into account evidence presented by the National Investigating Agency, which included images of slain terrorists found on the accused’s mobile device. The court stated that there were reasonable grounds to believe the allegations against the accused and that the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act required active measures against organizations posing a threat to national security. The accused argued that there was no material evidence against him.
