Odisha downgrades Naveen Patnaik security from Z to Y

The Odisha government downgraded former CM Naveen Patnaik’s security from Z to Y category, withdrawing most of his security personnel. Following a high-level committee’s recommendation, Patnaik is to be assigned two constables of havildar rank, with additional security provided as needed, including during out-of-state tours.
