Amul, Mother Dairy hike milk prices by Rs 2 per litre

For the third time in 13 months, India’s largest dairy Amul raised milk prices by Rs 2 per litre Tuesday, citing spiralling costs of cattle feed and higher remuneration being paid to dairy farmers. It had increased rates as recently as March 1, 2022, and before that in July 2021.
