Online fraudsters steal Rs 99,999 from Dayanidhi Maran’s a/c

A conman, who claimed to be a bank employee, called up Maran’s wife. Later, Rs 99,999 was deducted from his savings bank account, despite his wife not sharing any one-time password (OTP) with the fraudster. Maran revealed this scam in a post on X on Tuesday.
