Only three online companies offer minimum wage

Bigbasket, Flipkart, and Urban Company have implemented a minimum wage policy to ensure their workers earn the local minimum wage. The Fairwork India Ratings 2023 report revealed that these platforms have met the minimum wage policy criteria for the second consecutive year. Urban Company plans to onboard an external auditor to conduct audits of its payment calculation and reimbursements. However, no platform scored more than six out of ten points across the five Fairwork principles.
