Ghee samples taken from Annavaram temple

Following allegations of adulterated ghee at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, food safety officials collected samples from Sri Veera Venkata Satyannarayana Swamy Devasthanam in Annavaram. Samples of ghee, jaggery, dal, and sugar will be analyzed at the State Laboratory. The temple consumes approximately 1.50 lakh kilograms of ghee annually, sourced from Rythu Dairy in Eluru district.
