PML-N to approach Lahore court for Nawaz Sharif’s bail before his arrival in Pakistan

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) plans to seek bail for Nawaz Sharif before his return to Pakistan to avoid his arrest at Lahore airport. The party’s legal team will approach the Lahore High Court (LHC) a week before his arrival. A protective bail application may also be submitted two days before his return. If approved, Nawaz Sharif will not go to prison immediately and will be able to address public gatherings.
