Police issue arrest warrant for 19-year-old acquaintance in death of Philadelphia journalist

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old acquaintance in the murder of a Philadelphia journalist, Josh Kruger. Kruger, who had gone from being homeless to working for the mayor, was shot and killed at his home earlier this week. The suspect was captured on video near Kruger’s home before the incident.
