Population should not be criteria for reorganization of constituencies: V Vijaya Sai Reddy

YSRCP Rajya Sabha member V Vijaya Sai Reddy said that the population should not be criteria for the reorganization of Lok Sabha and Assembly constituencies, otherwise Telugu states and Kerala would bear the severe brunt.
