Pro-poor policies, not caste census, need of hour: JP Nadda in Patna

BJP national president J P Nadda emphasized the pro-poor policies of the Narendra Modi-led government at a function in Bihar. He stated that the government has successfully lifted 12 crore people out of poverty, with less than 1% remaining below the poverty line. Nadda also highlighted various pro-poor schemes, such as the Ujjwala Yojana and PM Garib Kalyan Yojana, and expressed the party’s support for backward castes and women. Union minister Giriraj Singh and Rajya Sabha member Sushil Kumar Modi also praised the BJP’s commitment to social welfare.
