Putin says Russia has tested next-generation nuclear weapon

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia has successfully tested a powerful new strategic missile and did not rule out the possibility of conducting weapons tests involving nuclear explosions for the first time in over 30 years. Putin also revealed that Russia has almost completed work on its Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile system.
