Russia on mission ‘to generate mayhem on European streets,’ says UK’s Security Service

Investigations into state threats have surged by 48% over the past year. Since 2017, MI5 and British police have disrupted 43 late-stage plots, with a concerning increase in youth involvement in terrorism-related activities.
