SC junks Cong plea, says won’t cast doubts on EC’s EVM scrutiny

The Supreme Court has rejected a plea by the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) regarding alleged irregularities in the Election Commission’s scrutiny of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs). The court stated that it would not cast doubts on the process and that the DPCC had chosen to stay away while other parties participated.
