Season 2 of ‘The Fire Hunter’ announced

The highly-anticipated season 2 of ‘The Fire Hunter’ anime series is set to be released in 2024. Two new cast members will be introduced, while the 16 lead cast members from the first season will reprise their roles. The series is based on a novel series by Reiko Hinata and illustrated by Akihiro Yamada. The second season will continue adapting material from the core four books, with the possibility of exploring side-story content later on. The directorial role will be handled by Junji Nishimura, with Mamoru Oshii overseeing the scriptwriting process.
