State records 333 dengue cases, highest in a single day

Bihar recorded 333 dengue cases in a single day, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 3,099 this year. Patna had the highest number of cases at 91, followed by Bhagalpur and Saran. Government hospitals have reserved beds for dengue patients and implemented measures such as fogging and anti-larval spraying. The Institute of Medical Sciences in Patna has also been conducting tests to determine the strain of the dengue virus in each district.
