Strong spell of rain drenches Bhopal

Bhopal experienced a strong spell of showers on Saturday, with the presence of clouds and steady rain keeping temperatures below normal. A monsoon trough passing over Guna and Satna, as well as another trough extending through parts of Madhya Pradesh, were expected to bring further rain to the state. The daytime temperature in Bhopal was 4 degrees lower than usual, while nighttime temperatures remained just above normal. The forecast for Sunday indicated the possibility of moderate to heavy showers with thunderclaps. An orange alert for heavy showers was issued for various districts in the state.
