Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has stated that he proposed giving four seats to the Samajwadi Party (SP) in the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly elections. However, he is unaware of what ultimately happened. Singh mentioned that the SP requested six seats, but based on their previous election performance, he believed four seats could be allocated to them. Singh also discussed the issue of alliances with other parties during a Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting.
