Surat gang rape accused dies hours after arrest

Two men arrested for the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl in Surat were trying to flee when caught. One suspect, Shivshankar Chaurasiya, died in custody after being moved to a hospital. He had a criminal history, including murder. Police are still searching for a third accomplice involved in the crime.
