Bibhav Kumar, accused of assaulting Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal, is challenging the charge sheet filed against him. His lawyer argues that the court relied on outdated legal procedures. Kumar, an aide to former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, was arrested in May and is currently out on bail.
