The NCR Transport Corporation has released the fare module for India’s first semi-high-speed regional rail service. The minimum fare for the priority section is Rs 20, while the maximum is Rs 50 for standard coaches and Rs 100 for premium coaches. The fares are based on the distance or stations covered. Commuters can choose from different ticketing modes, including QR code-based tickets and card-based transit options. The rates may be revised as more stations or sections are added. Paytm has also partnered with Delhi Metro to introduce QR code-based ticketing.
