Tamil Nadu: 4 die, 4 injured in fireworks unit blast in Mayiladuthurai

Four people were killed and four others injured in an explosion at a firecracker manufacturing unit in Mayiladuthurai district. The owner of the unit has been arrested, and the chief minister has announced compensation for the families of the deceased. The bodies were disfigured and sent for postmortem, while the injured were taken to the hospital. Two workers are still missing. The cause of the blast is under investigation.
