Two days following the traffic disruption experienced by Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin’s convoy during music director A R Rahman’s concert on the East Coast Road (ECR), Deputy Commissioner of Police Deepa Sathyan, responsible for the area, was transferred and remained unassigned to any new posting. Another IPS officer – joint commissioner of police of Chennai City east zone Disha Mittal – met with the same fate.
