TCS wins deal from Georgia’s Department of Labour

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has won a deal from the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) to replace their outdated unemployment system with a cloud-based platform. The new system aims to streamline the claims process, ensuring prompt financial assistance to eligible individuals. TCS has a track record of transforming legacy unemployment systems in various states during the pandemic. The financial details of the contract were not disclosed. TCS currently employs over 2,300 people in Georgia.
