Teen booked for hit-and-run in Vashi, Wilson College student injured

A 16-year-old student of Wilson College in Navi Mumbai was seriously injured after being hit by a car driven recklessly. The accused driver, a 19-year-old, has been booked by the police but no arrest has been made yet. The victim’s father stated that the driver was speeding in a narrow inner lane and did not help the injured boy. The victim is currently admitted to the hospital with internal head injuries. The police have issued a notice to the accused to appear in court.
