Thane: Activist blames MNS chief Raj Thackeray for giving wrong information on toll issue

Activist Shreenivas Ghanekar has denied Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray’s claim that he withdrew a petition against toll fees. Ghanekar clarified that he had not reached a compromise with the toll company and was saddened by Thackeray’s statement. He explained that he had filed a petition in 2018 to remove Eknath Shinde’s name as co-petitioner since Shinde had become a government minister.
