Three Palestinians killed by Israeli fire in fresh West Bank violence

Israeli troops killed three Palestinian gunmen in the West Bank on Friday, adding to the death toll in the ongoing surge of violence in the occupied territory. One of the gunmen opened fire on an Israeli car in a busy street, but no one in the car was injured. The gunman was later shot by troops. Clashes also erupted between Israeli settlers and Palestinian residents in the town of Hawara, resulting in the death of a 19-year-old Palestinian man.
